We are looking for our establishment EMS Montchoisi in Orbe, which welcomes 84 Persons and which is specialized in the field of late-life psychiatry and geriatrics: Socio-educational Assistant (F/M/D) Permanent Contract at 80% - EMS Montchoisi Regardless of their function, the professionals of Fondation Saphir have a common will: to support Persons daily to allow them to concretely experience the institutional strategy of services "like at home". That is to say, to maintain their habits as much as possible, to offer a response adapted to their wishes and, through real interprofessional collaboration, to allow the well-being and happiness of the Persons. As a socio-educational assistant, you accompany Persons in the acts of daily life, taking into account the support project and their level of autonomy. In collaboration with the team or autonomously, you have the responsibility to prepare and organize daily socio-cultural activities for the residents and, of course, to accompany them in their realization. You will be active mainly in the late-life psychiatry service. YOUR BACKGROUND - YOUR QUALITIES AND SKILLS • CFC as a socio-educational assistant or recognized equivalence • Driving license cat.
