On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Site Manager - Civil Engineering / Earthworks (M/F).

Your future responsibilities:

• You will ensure the preparation of offers, tenders, and quantity calculations.
• You will prepare, plan, and monitor civil engineering and earthworks sites.
• You will ensure the coordination of teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and various stakeholders.
• You will be responsible for the sound financial, administrative, and technical management of the sites.
• You will ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality requirements.
• You will ensure the monitoring of hours, materials, machines, and work performed.
• You will participate in site meetings and ensure follow-up with the different partners.
• You will guarantee compliance with safety standards and the regulations in force on the sites.

Your profile:

• You possess training as a site manager or an equivalent training in the construction field.
• You have proven experience in Switzerland, ideally in civil engineering and/or earthworks.
• You have good technical knowledge in the field of civil engineering.
• You are autonomous, organized, rigorous, and have a spirit of initiative.
• You have good interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team.
• You have a good command of the French language.
• You are comfortable with standard IT tools.
• You have a vehicle and hold a driving license (mandatory).
