Die Betreuung und Pflege Malters AG organizes and integrates all services in the field of care and nursing in Malters from a single source. It operates the Spitex, the Alterswohnheim Bodenmatt, as well as the day care "immomänt".
To ensure that our residents, guests, and employees feel comfortable, people are also needed in the background to ensure that buildings, facilities, and surroundings remain in good shape. Your area of responsibility and application

• You carry out maintenance, upkeep, and repair work on buildings, technical systems, facilities, and furniture.
• You maintain our surroundings, green spaces, and gardens and ensure a well-kept appearance of our properties.
• You undertake seasonal work such as pruning shrubs, maintaining flower beds, and other gardening tasks.
• You take care of environmental work in winter and assist with winter services.
• You support general work around the infrastructure and ensure that our systems and facilities function perfectly.
• You support basic cleaning and general cleaning work.
• You ensure compliance with safety, fire protection, and environmental regulations.
• You look after our small animals with care and a sense of responsibility.
• You are prepared to perform on-call duty.
• You participate in the training of Fachmann Betriebsunterhalt.

Your skills distinguish you

• You have completed vocational training as Fachmann/Fachfrau Betriebsunterhalt EFZ or a comparable technical or manual training.
• You enjoy gardening work and the maintenance of green spaces. Experience in horticulture is an advantage.
• You bring manual dexterity, technical understanding, and enjoyment of practical work.
• You work independently, reliably, flexibly, and responsibly.
• You are a team player and appreciate working with different professional groups.
• You have good German language skills and basic PC user knowledge.
• You possess a driving license of category B.
