Job description: Employee Horticulture & Allround Services (80–100%)

We are T.Lerch Dienstleistungen GmbH based in Rothrist. As a versatile and regionally anchored company, we step in where our customers need support – from new installations and demanding garden maintenance to excavation work and individual services around the house.

To strengthen our motivated team, we are looking for an energetic and reliable

Employee Horticulture & Allrounder

per immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks – Versatile and hands-on:

• Garden maintenance & upkeep: Professional pruning of hedges, shrubs, and trees as well as lawn care (mowing, scarifying, fertilizing).
• Garden design & new installations: Assistance in the implementation of garden projects, plantings, and redesigns.
• Construction measures: Carrying out smaller stone, paving, and earthworks as well as fence and privacy screen construction.
• Machine operation: Safe handling of modern garden maintenance equipment and ideally the operation of mini-excavators during earthworks.
• Allround assignments: Flexible deployment for various services and customer projects around Rothrist.

Your profile – What you bring with you:

• Professional experience: You have sound experience in horticulture, garden maintenance, or a comparable manual industry (a completed apprenticeship as a Gardener EFZ/EBA is an advantage, but not a must).
• Manual dexterity: You work precisely, have an eye for detail, and bring technical understanding for machines.
• Physical fitness: You are physically resilient, enduring, and enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions and with motivation.
• Personality: You are a team player, punctual, reliable, and convince through a friendly and customer-oriented appearance.
• Driver's license: You possess a category B (car) driver's license, ideally with the category BE (trailer) extension.
• Perfect German skills are a MUST in our profession.
