To strengthen our team at TECTON Niederbipp, we are looking for you as: Foreman Steep Roof Your main tasks Independent management and organization of steep roof construction sites Execution of roofing work in a team Coordination of interfaces with construction management, other trades, and customers Responsibility for reporting (digital or written) Your profile Completed vocational training in the main and secondary construction industry (roofer or carpenter) Experience in the steep roof area is an advantage Teamwork skills, reliability, and leadership strength Organized, structured way of working and enjoyment of responsibility Manual dexterity and an eye for quality Willingness for further training (e.g., group leader) Driving license Cat.
