Microsoft Exchange Specialist - On-Prem/M365/Exchange/Regulated Environment

Project:

For our client, a leading company in a highly regulated industry, we are looking for an experienced Microsoft Exchange Specialist. In this role, you are responsible for the operation and migration of a complex Exchange infrastructure (On-Prem & Online) in a highly regulated environment.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Ensuring stable and reliable Exchange operation
• Analysis and resolution of complex incidents and technical disruptions
• Implementation and monitoring of required maintenance and security measures
• Technical support in the creation of the EAB application for Exchange Online
• Participation in the implementation of DLP in the mail environment
• Development of the migration concept for the switch from Exchange SE to Exchange Online

Requirements:

• 5 years of practical experience with Microsoft Exchange On-Prem and Exchange Online
• 3 years of experience with migrations from Microsoft Exchange On-Prem to Exchange Online
• Sound knowledge in the areas of Exchange administration, mail routing, security, and compliance functions
• Experience in handling Change, Incident, and Problem Management processes in Enterprise/ITIL environments

Languages:

• German business fluent (C1 / C2 level)
• English at B2 level would be desired
