Waterproofing Team Leader (M/F)

We are looking for an experienced waterproofing team leader for one of our clients in the canton of Vaud to join a company recognized for its expertise and the quality of its achievements in Suisse romande. You will work on varied and stimulating construction sites, within a committed and dynamic team. About the company: Our client is a company specializing in waterproofing work, active on residential, tertiary and industrial projects. Recognized for its seriousness and know-how, it values profiles capable of taking on responsibilities and uniting a team in the field. Your main responsibilities: • Direct and organize waterproofing work on assigned construction sites (flat roofs, terraces, foundations, cladding) • Supervise, lead and motivate a team of installers on a daily basis • Ensure the reading of execution plans and ensure compliance with technical specifications • Control the quality of work performed, compliance with deadlines and safety instructions • Ensure coordination with other trades and the project manager • Manage the supply of materials as well as the equipment on the construction site • Actively participate in site meetings and provide necessary feedback to management Your profile: • You benefit from confirmed experience in site management in the construction sector • Experience in the field of waterproofing is a real asset • You master bituminous, synthetic and liquid techniques • You possess natural leadership and an excellent sense of responsibility • You are rigorous, autonomous and capable of effectively managing priorities in the field • You have good interpersonal skills in order to interact with the various stakeholders on the construction site • You hold a category B driver's license and accept regular travel within the canton of Vaud What we offer: • A position of responsibility within a stable and recognized company in Suisse romande • A working environment where your expertise will be valued • Evolution perspectives in the medium term • Varied projects within professional and committed teams
