Maintenance Technician 100% (Resourcer*)
Our company is active in industrial services for the operation and maintenance of infrastructure systems and energy distribution networks, for customers from various industries including pharmaceuticals and chemistry. We stand by our customers to help reduce their CO2 footprint and their energy consumption. To do this, we rely on technically innovative solutions that we use with the aim of environmental protection. Our company employs around 70 employees.
We are looking in Basel-Stadt, immediately or by arrangement, for a personality as a
Maintenance Technician 100% (Resourcer*)
Your tasks with us are divided as follows:
Operation of industrial utility systems:
Monitoring and control of industrial supply systems (water, steam, compressed air, cooling, energy)
Walkthroughs and checks of operating parameters
Detection of deviations and immediate initiation of corrective measures
Operation of control systems (PCS 7)
Coordination with production to ensure continuity of supply
Participation in on-call service (Pikett) to ensure plant availability outside of regular working hours
Preventive and corrective maintenance:
Inspection, maintenance, and fault diagnosis on production systems (water, steam, compressed air, industrial cooling)
Maintenance of water treatment plants (filtration, reverse osmosis, cleaning)
New construction / Projects:
Assembly and commissioning of new production units
Participation in projects for the expansion and modernization of plants
Administrative and technical management:
Recording and tracking of assignments via a CMMS tool
Compliance with safety and environmental standards
Warehouse management and continuous improvement
How you impress us:
You are a committed personality with strong skills in diagnosis and problem-solving, bringing independence, care, and team spirit, and you possess knowledge in writing technical reports. Sound knowledge in media and supply (water, steam, compressed air, cooling, gas), mechanics (pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, pipelines), water treatment (filtration, reverse osmosis, softening), hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical engineering (automation, control technology) are just as important as the ability to read technical drawings (P&ID, electrical circuit diagrams). Confident handling of measuring instruments and CMMS tools completes your profile. Additionally, you bring the following qualifications:
Completed training as a maintenance mechanic, polymechanic EFZ, electrical technician (a corresponding qualification from Germany or France is also possible)
Completed further training as a maintenance specialist is a great advantage
Good German language skills in speaking and writing (mandatory)
English skills are an advantage
Valid driver's license category B
Valid SUVA forklift license and training for aerial work platforms and lifting platforms is an advantage
