Pioneers wanted! ## Kinder Dörfli Lütisburg cares for and promotes children and adolescents aged 7 to 17 with behavioral issues and normal abilities. Our institution consists of various residential groups and a school offering with all levels as well as individual support. Kinder Dörfli is committed to trauma pedagogy because it is important to us to offer people at Kinder Dörfli a safe place. We want to develop further and are restructuring our intensive residential group Arve. For this purpose, we are looking for starting 01. September 2026 or by arrangement: HF/FH specialists from Social Work (social pedagogy, social work) or Psychiatric Nursing specialists HF/FH 60% - 80% ## Your tasks ### • Team culture: You communicate openly and see mistakes in yourself and others as an opportunity to improve work quality • Coordination: You represent the shared pedagogical perspective in location meetings, work together with relatives and external agencies (doctors, clinics, authorities, etc.) and help to develop sustainable solutions. • Crisis management: You accompany children and adolescents in crisis situations. In these, you offer them a safe place, process crisis situations in team settings and actively work on solutions. • Diagnostics, key person work: You conduct and organize processes for understanding the cases of the children and adolescents and remain open to the process. You negotiate direction and fine goals together with the children and adolescents and create reports. You develop follow-up solutions with the children and adolescents and the helper network. • Further development: You develop the intensive residential group further with us - conceptually, ideally and organizationally.
