Office of Energy and Transport, finance/controlling department | 60-100 % | Coire ##

The Office of Energy and Transport is the cantonal competence center for issues in the fields of energy and public transport. In the energy field, we are responsible for granting concessions and approving hydroelectric energy use projects. We are charged with the enforcement of energy legislation, manage the Minergie certification center, and supervise energy promotion programs. In the public transport field, we are responsible for the development of timetables and the procurement of public transport in the canton of Grisons.

We are looking for the Office of Energy and Transport, starting from 1 February 2027 or by agreement, an administrative employee finance.

Your area of responsibility

• Administrative management in the finance field of the Office of Energy and Transport
• Assistance in the preparation of the budget and annual accounts
• Drafting of decisions during the awarding of mandates
• Preparation of contribution commitments in the field of public transport
• Updating and monitoring open contribution commitments in the fields of energy efficiency and public transport
• Participation in the area of internal control (IKS) of the Office of Energy and Transport

What we expect from you

• Commercial training with additional training in the financial field
• Several years of professional experience in the finance field is an advantage
• Assured mastery of the German language, orally and in writing
• Good knowledge of several cantonal languages is an advantage
