To strengthen the well-oiled team, we are looking for a technically competent workshop manager who will take operational responsibility and guarantee high-quality production as well as smooth workshop operations.

Your tasks ####

• Technical and operational management of the workshop team consisting of 2 to 3 employees
• Organization and coordination of all workshop work as well as guaranteeing smooth processes
• Manufacture, adaptation, and processing of metal constructions for air curtains
• Assembly, commissioning, and troubleshooting of special installations at the client's site
• Monitoring of stocks as well as organization of the workshop and material flow
• Close collaboration with the purchasing and sales departments for the timely implementation of client projects
• Active and regular participation in daily operations

Your profile ####

• Completed basic technical training, for example metalworker, plant and equipment builder, automotive mechanic, polymechanic or in a comparable profession
• Several years of professional experience in a workshop or production, ideally supplemented by initial management experience
• Joy of leading a small team while actively participating in operations
• Autonomous, structured, and solution-oriented working method
• High sense of quality as well as a pronounced organizational sense
• Client-oriented personality with good manners
• Category B driver's license
• Very good knowledge of German
