For a family-like elderly care center in the Bern region with approximately 50 residents, we are looking for a vocational training officer in nursing (80-100%) starting from 1 November 2026 or by agreement. Your tasks at the new employer

• Take responsibility for the entire vocational training in the field of nursing
• Accompany learners directly in practice in the morning and support their professional development
• Design vocational training with the trainers and develop it continuously
• Work with diverse and sometimes complex care situations and actively contribute your own ideas

• Training as a healthcare specialist EFZ or registered nurse as well as experience as a trainer
• Joy in accompanying learners, transmitting knowledge, and promoting their development in a targeted manner
• Motivation to assume more responsibility in vocational training and to evolve professionally
