Your area of responsibility:

• Work preparation and construction site organization
• Independent and technical management of construction sites, site-specific personnel management and employee support
• Cost, schedule and quality responsibility
• Preparation of offers and contracts (if desired)

Your profile:

• Experience in the field of mastic asphalt
• Willingness to take on leadership, as well as team- and customer-oriented thinking
• Basic training in the main construction industry or construction-specific knowledge
• Further training as a construction manager or technician or willingness to do so
• Very good German and French skills in spoken and written language
• Reliable, flexible and efficient way of working
• Driver's license Cat. B
• Organizational skills and high assertiveness
• Proficient in common IT and construction administration software (MS-Office tools, Abacus)
