Head of Social Services & Care

Our castle is a special place - full of history, atmosphere and lived togetherness. We offer a variety of different work and employment opportunities for around 100 people with psychosocial difficulties.

In this exciting role, you will take over the leadership of the Social Services & Care department. This includes the residential, social, health and leisure sectors as well as work integration and on-call service.

Workload: 80% - 100%

Start: immediately or by arrangement

YOUR JOB WITH US

• You lead and further develop the Social Services & Care area.
• You are responsible for the admission of clients.
• You actively participate in daily client work.
• You proactively help shape the future in your area as well as the institution.
• You lead projects and also participate in project groups for the further development of the institution.
• You further develop the pedagogical concept and ensure its implementation.
• You are in close exchange with third parties such as Spitex, referrers, doctors, psychiatrists and other institutions.
• You advise the management on socio-pedagogical questions.

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

• Training in the psychiatric, socio-pedagogical or psychological field at HF or FH level
• Leadership training as well as experience in leading a team prudently and purposefully.
• High social competence and enjoyment in working with people
• Independent and structured way of working
• Good administrative and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills, ability to make decisions, but humor and a positive attitude must not be missing
• Project experience would be an additional plus
