Your profile – academic competence with practical proximity

• Completed studies as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann FH (Bachelor of Science in Pflege)
• Experience in clinical nursing or in scientific work is an advantage
• Analytical and conceptual skills for evidence-based practice development
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
• Willingness for continuous further education and active participation in innovative nursing concepts
• Independent, structured and responsible way of working
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
