Your tasks • Preparation and attractive plating of our Swiss classics as well as seasonal specialties • Support in the preparation (Mise en Place) for the daily à-la-carte business and smaller banquets • Compliance with hygiene and quality standards according to HACCP • Goods receipt as well as quality control of our fresh and regional ingredients • Participation in general kitchen work and support of the team in daily operations Your profile • Experience in the kitchen – either as a trained specialist or with sound practical experience as a kitchen assistant • Joy in handling fresh food and an eye for beautifully presented dishes • Independent, reliable, and careful way of working • Ability to work in a team, resilience, and flexibility, especially during busy service times • German language skills We offer you • Secure and predictable working hours with fixed rest days on Tuesday and Wednesday • Flexible workload between 60 % and 100 % by arrangement • A family-like, uncomplicated working environment in a traditional team • Fair and contemporary remuneration • Appreciation for your work and a pleasant working atmosphere
