Tasks ###

• Implementation of public tenders and procurement procedures according to IVöB
• Creation of tender documents as well as suitability and award criteria
• Analysis and optimization of IT expenditures, contracts and supplier structures
• Development and implementation of category strategies in the IT area
• Implementation of market and supplier analyses
• Negotiation of framework, license, maintenance and SaaS contracts
• Establishment and maintenance of professional contract management
• Ensuring SLA, price and compliance requirements
• Management and further development of the IT supplier portfolio
• Close cooperation with IT, Legal, Compliance and specialist departments

Profile ###

• Experience as a Category Manager or strategic buyer in the IT environment
• Demonstrable experience in public procurement (IVöB or BöB)
• Sound knowledge in IT procurement, software licenses, cloud and SaaS models
• Experience in conducting complex award and tender procedures
• Very good knowledge of contract and supplier management
• Analytical skills and confident handling of spend analyses
• Business fluent German skills as well as good English skills
• Independent and pragmatic way of working
• Experience in the healthcare sector or public environment is an advantage
• Knowledge of simap.ch, data protection and information security desirable
