As part of the Education Directorate of the Canton of Zürich, the Office for Youth and Career Counseling is responsible for the offerings in the area of child and youth welfare as well as in career counseling. At the center of our work are children, young people, and families.  The Central Support Office operates at the heart of the Office for Youth and Career Counseling. It administratively supports the office management and interdisciplinary staff departments. In addition, it ensures a smooth process in the building. It is the point of contact for safety, art, IT coordination, reception, telephone exchange, household, janitorial services, as well as for the operation of the in-house caféteria.   We are looking for a committed and friendly person with experience in reception, telephone service, and administration as of 1. October 2026 or by agreement. We also welcome re-entry individuals. Your tasks ### • Reception of guests  • Attendance of the telephone exchange • Processing of mail and deliveries • Administrative support for the staff departments  • Assistance with events Your profile ### • Commercial training or several years of professional experience in the commercial sector • Friendly demeanor and independent working method • Good communication skills in writing and speaking in German and assertiveness • Interest in the concerns of our office The Canton of Zürich is characterized as a solid, fair, and reliable employer.
