Your main tasks Ensuring smooth, optimal operation of all technical systems Monitoring, coordination, control and optimization of maintenance, servicing and repair work Contact person for tenants, owners, contractors and suppliers In the medium term, taking over the overall technical care (incl. heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electrical) of the part of the Liebrüti development managed by us Leadership and deployment planning of currently four employees Participation in technical projects and support for the management of the entire real estate portfolio in Northern Switzerland Administrative tasks Your profile Completed technical or manual basic training Training as a facility manager or maintenance specialist with federal diploma (eidg.
