For our Neubadrain location, we are looking for a committed group leader for our mixed-age group. What are your tasks?

You care for and look after babies aged 3 to 18 months and give them security, closeness, and individual support.
You lovingly shape the daily lives of the babies and plan activities that are tailored to the needs of this age group.
You carefully document the developmental steps of the babies and regularly inform parents about their progress.
You work closely in a team with your colleagues to create a stable and harmonious group atmosphere.
You contribute to ensuring and further developing the high care standards of globegarden.

A completed training as FABE, educator, or comparable socio-pedagogical qualifications
