For a well-established Swiss company in the Fribourg region, we are looking for a:

Commercial Employee / Customer Service FR-DE - 100% (M/F/D)

Your responsibilities:

• Process and follow up on offers, tenders and customer orders
• Respond to customer inquiries by telephone and by e-mail
• Manage the various customer service e-mail inboxes
• Ensure the administrative follow-up of orders
• Prepare invoices, credit notes and delivery notes
• Process any non-conformities
• Collaborate daily with the various departments of the company
• Guarantee irreproachable service quality to customers

Your profile:

• CFC in commercial employment or training deemed equivalent
• Several years of experience in a similar administrative or commercial role
• Excellent command of French and German, both spoken and written
• Any additional language is an advantage
• Experience in the construction sector or in a technical environment is an asset
• Very good writing skills
• Good mastery of standard IT tools and ideally an ERP
• Excellent sense of hospitality, communication and service
• Organization, dynamism and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
