LUBAG AG is an established and dynamic real estate management company based in Luzern. With a dedicated team, we manage around 3'000 properties in the areas of condominium ownership, rental properties, and commercial real estate. If you bring an interest in real estate and are motivated and reliable, this could be your chance.
Your tasks:
Independent management of a varied real estate portfolio consisting of residential, commercial, and STWEG
Preparation of lease agreements, annexes, and addenda
Apartment handovers / inspections
Organization and execution of condominium owner meetings
Coordination of maintenance and repair work
Rent control during new and re-letting
Contact person for owners, tenants, tradespeople, and authorities
Ensuring efficient and professional communication with all stakeholders
Your profile:
Several years of experience in real estate management and condominium ownership
Real estate property manager with federal diploma (or in training for it) or comparable further education
Very good IT user skills (MS Office, RIMO R5 is an advantage)
Good knowledge of tenancy law and experience in accompanying construction/remodeling projects
Independent, resilient, and team-oriented personality with a structured way of working
Driver's license Cat. B
