Mechanical After-Sales Service Advisor (F/M) 100% Fixed-term contract 6 months

With more than 90 sites in Switzerland, AMAG Retail is the local partner for our customers. We manage AMAG garages, Carrosserie Centers and Occasion Centers, for reliable and personalized service. Our AMAG Petit-Lancy team is looking for a Mechanical After-Sales Service Advisor (F/M) at 100% as part of a 6 month fixed-term contract, with an immediate or to be agreed start date.

Your tasks ##

• You follow interested persons, from appointment coordination to vehicle delivery and maintain active relationships with the customer
• You collaborate closely with the sales team and form the interface between the workshop and the customer
• You prepare offers in accordance with the mandate, you check the condition of the vehicle in terms of cleanliness and completeness and you ensure professional processing of workshop orders
• You guarantee a friendly atmosphere and convince our customers through your professional knowledge and your passion for global mobility

Your profile ##

• Training in automotive technology such as automobile mechanic CFC or automobile mechatronician CFC with solid commercial skills
• Several years of professional experience as an after-sales advisor, ideally acquired in a medium to large sized dealership
• Confident, neat presentation and impeccable manners
• High sense of service, taste for communication and willingness to commit
• Profound IT knowledge and ELSA software an asset
• Good knowledge of English, level B2
• Category B driving license
