Internal Medicine Physician / General Practitioner ré is the new reference ambulatory health network of the canton of Neuchâtel. Born from the will of the Neuchâtel Hospital Network (RHNe) to sustainably strengthen the offer of proximity care, ré is at the heart of the cantonal health policy 2025–2030\. Its mission is to guarantee the population a coordinated, efficient and permanent access to ambulatory care, in close complementarity with urban medicine and all actors in the health system. ré develops an integrated network of medical centers distributed throughout the cantonal territory, notably in Neuchâtel, La Chaux\-de\-Fonds, Fleurier and Geneveys\-sur\-Coffrane. This organization favors the continuity of care, coordination between professionals and a smooth management of patients, whether it is a matter of scheduled consultations, longitudinal follow-up or non-vital emergency situations. Thanks to a strong partnership with RHNe, ré benefits from privileged access to hospital expertise, innovative medical projects, modern coordination tools and facilitated access to continuing education and documentation. This collaboration makes it possible to strengthen the links between the actors, and to improve the care pathway of patients. At the heart of our general medicine team in La Chaux\-de\-Fonds, and alongside a dynamic and organized multidisciplinary team, we are looking for: Internal Medicine Physician / General Practitioner 80% \- 100% The main activities are as follows: Developing a medical office activity You participate in the development of general medicine within ré You ensure the follow-up of patients from your personal consultation You collaborate closely with your general practitioner colleagues and all specialist doctors, as well as with RHNe doctors If interested, you participate in the training and supervision system for doctors in training What we offer Daytime hours only Accompaniment and integration from your arrival No nights, no weekends Guards according to the Cantonal organization A multidisciplinary team that is welcoming and united 6 weeks of vacation per year 5 days of training per year Collaboration with general practitioners and specialists Modern premises in the heart of La Chaux\-de\-Fonds Partnership and collaboration with RHNe doctors Training and diploma A federal specialist title in internal medicine, general medicine or equivalent title (MEBEKO recognition for foreign diplomas) Mastery of the French language (level C1 required by the authorities).
