The Commercial Customers team in Willisau is responsible for the expert advice and support of our clientele regarding credit, investment, pension, and financial matters. We are looking for a personality who is convincing both professionally and personally to lead this team.

What you achieve with us

• you lead a team of five customer advisors professionally and personally
• you manage and develop your own credit portfolio and advise your commercial customers as well as their exponents on all financing matters (operating, investment, and mortgage financing)
• you are the contact person for investment and pension questions and involve internal specialists if necessary
• you assess complex financing applications including credit decisions within the scope of your own authority
• you are actively engaged in realizing existing potential and the acquisition of new customers
• you continuously monitor the risks in your own customer portfolio and support the customer advisors in risk topics
• you represent LUKB at events, in clubs, or in committees within the market area

What you bring with you

• you have banking-related education and further training (HFBF, professional diploma or similar)
• you have been working successfully for several years as a customer advisor in the commercial customer sector
• you think and act entrepreneurially, can inspire a team and motivate them to excellent performance
• at the same time you are goal-oriented, communicate skillfully, and have pleasant manners
• ideally, you have already demonstrated your leadership qualities as a deputy or as a leader of a team and want to develop them further
• your personal connection to the market area around Willisau is an additional plus
