Job Description ##

Active telephone contact with potential customers (Outbound). You are responsible for arranging appointments for our sales teams and the maintenance and updating of our customer database. Professional and friendly conversation management is essential for this position. You will work in a dynamic environment in which your communication skills and your persuasiveness are required. Your main task consists of reaching potential customers, understanding their needs, and inspiring them for our products and services. In doing so, it is important that you always act in a friendly and helpful manner to build a positive customer relationship. You will also regularly provide feedback on the conversations to continuously improve the quality of our services. This position offers you the opportunity to develop and refine your skills in customer communication.

We expect ##

Interest in print media such as magazines, books, newspapers, or printed matter. Accent-free Swiss German with clear and distinct pronunciation. Good IT user knowledge. Communicative, open, and sociable personality. Reliable, flexible, and independent way of working. Readiness to perform regular evening shifts (3x per week from 17:00 to 20:15) as well as 1 Saturday per month (09:30 to 13:30). French and/or Italian language skills are an advantage.
