Your tasks • You advise patients as well as their contact persons during hospital treatment on personal, social, legal and financial matters. • Together with patients, you develop solutions appropriate to the situation. To do this, you clarify social circumstances, mediate practical assistance and plan an efficient hospital discharge. • You work in an interdisciplinary context and utilize diverse contacts to external bodies such as social insurance providers, authorities and healthcare providers. Your profile • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or comparable diploma • Professional experience, preferably in healthcare • Solution-oriented and independent way of working and enjoyment of dynamic hospital everyday life • Ability for clear communication Excellent medicine.
