Applications and Data Integration Engineer ART Computer is the sole Apple Premium Reseller in French-speaking Switzerland and the leader in integrating new technologies into education throughout the Swiss market. We are looking for one of our most important clients in the public service and education sector an Integrator responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data and application integration mechanisms. The selected person will work on ETL flows, API interfaces, inter-system exchanges, as well as on the deployment, configuration, and interconnection of applications and business software packages. The PSR pole manages several business applications as well as a solution dedicated to the creation of accounts and spaces on Microsoft 365 (M365\). The scope is characterized by a large volume of identities to manage: approximately 40'000 users spread across 30 establishments. The position aims to guarantee the reliability of data and application exchanges between these different systems, the robustness of the M365 account provisioning process, and the smooth functioning of the information system as a whole, at this scale. Your main missions will be to: Design, implement, and manage data integration flows based on the existing business solution principles. Configure, administer, and evolve exchange interfaces between applications (API, files, synchronization mechanisms). Develop and maintain scripts, connectors, and technical components in Bash and C\#/.NET in order to meet integration and automation needs. Guarantee the management, synchronization, and reliability of identities and access within the business solution ecosystem, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID (~40'000 users, 30 establishments). Ensure the supervision of flows, workflows, and business applications, as well as incident processing, data quality control, and documentation of processes, processing, and business rules. Participate in the design and documentation of application lifecycle management processes, as well as associated projects. Teleworking possible, 3 days minimum on site, more if the mission requires it. Your assets: Education: higher education in computer science (ES, HES or equivalent), or significant proven experience. Mastery of Bash scripting, C\#/.NET development, and SQL, as well as the design of integration scripts and connectors. Solid experience with REST APIs, JSON and XML formats, as well as data exchange, transformation, and synchronization mechanisms. Ease in a DevOps environment; Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and an ITSM or asset management tool such as GLPI. Experience or knowledge of the Power Platform is an appreciated advantage. Certifications appreciated: Microsoft and ITIL Foundation.
