HR Consultant Entry: immediately or by arrangement in Kriens, Langenthal, Bern or Zürich (with willingness to travel to all our locations) Your Field of Activity You support and advise managers on labor law, personnel and organizational issues and accompany them in demanding HR topics You are responsible, together with the managers, for the entire recruitment process for the assigned positions and ensure a positive Candidate Experience You initiate and accompany HR projects and actively drive the further development and digitalization of our HR processes and instruments You design and moderate internal training sessions and workshops and actively contribute to knowledge building within the organization You support the HR management in organizational, operational and strategic topics You take over the deputy role in personnel administration and payroll, incl.
