Main missions: * Collaboration with the department head in the areas of construction police, land-use planning, and construction supervision * Full processing of building permits (follow-up and administrative procedures) * Site inspections * Implementation and operation of the Territorial Information System - SIT * Various tasks related to the function. Desired profile: * Holder of a CFC as a draftsman (geomatician -- building -- civil engineering), or a title deemed equivalent or having certain experience in a similar field * Mastery of common IT tools -- Autocad and Qgis an asset * Autonomy in work, sense of responsibility and organization * Good knowledge of laws, regulations, and procedures regarding urban planning, land-use planning, and construction police * Easy contact with the population and various partners, mandataries, companies, and public administrations * Ease in writing -- letters, emails, and meeting minutes * In possession of a driver's license We offer: * A stable, interesting, and varied job * A pleasant working environment in a small, motivated team * An interesting salary adapted to qualifications and professional experience.
