As part of the transformation of our HR processes and systems, we are looking for an experienced HR Business Analyst to support the digital transformation of HR, in close collaboration with the HR, IT and external partner teams. In this key role, you will work on structuring projects related to HR processes (Core HR, Talent & Performance, Time Management, Remuneration, interfaces), with a strong focus on framing, business alignment and quality of delivered solutions.
