• Analyze, modernize, or replace production systems with new solutions
• Independently lead investment projects from the idea to successful commissioning
• Evaluate new machines and technologies at trade fairs, with suppliers, or on the market
• Request offers, compare technical solutions, and develop sound decision-making bases
• Analyze production and logistics processes and sustainably increase productivity, quality, and efficiency
• Initiate and successfully implement Lean and CIP measures
• Coordinate internal departments, suppliers, and external partners

What you bring with you

• Technical basic training, ideally in the metal, mechanical, or production industry
• Further training as a Process Specialist, Industrial Technician HF, or comparable
• Experience in an industrial production or process environment
• Experience in leading technical projects is an advantage
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, process optimization, or CIP
• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
• Convincing appearance as well as the ability to successfully drive changes forward
