Your tasks

• Acceptance of telephone and written assembly appointments from customers and internal departments
• Scheduling of assembly teams (fine planning)
• Appointment coordination and coordination between customer and production
• Monitoring the timely execution of assignments or informing customers in case of delays
• Planning of service work and partial procurement of the required material through internal departments
• Assembly feedback
• Site visits

What you bring with you

• Completed technical training or completed commercial training
• Professional experience in a comparable position (kitchen industry) is an advantage
• Communicative personality with enjoyment of customer contact
• Business fluent in German
• Resilience
• Good MS Office user knowledge
• Solution-oriented, independent and self-responsible way of working
