Internship Business Intelligence and Data Analyst

In this internship, you will work at the interface of Product Management, Business, and Data Analysis. You will support the structuring of relevant business questions, translate data into understandable decision-making bases, and derive concrete recommendations from them. In doing so, you will make a visible contribution to how we further develop products and customer experiences. • You translate business questions into structured analyses, help develop hypotheses, and consistently align evaluations with business goals • You analyze business-relevant data from different sources and prepare findings in a way that is appropriate for the target audience. You develop and optimize data models to achieve precise business information • You support Business Managers in making data-based decisions, setting priorities, and verifying business assumptions based on analyses • You recognize patterns, correlations, and anomalies in data and derive initial recommendations for action with a clear business connection • You work closely with Business Management, specialist departments, and other stakeholders and create understandable decision-making bases for different stakeholder groups • You monitor the impact of analyses and measures, recognize potential for improvement, and contribute ideas for further development Your Skills ## • Degree (Uni/FH/HF) in Business Informatics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a comparable course of study • Interest in business questions, as well as in Machine Learning, and the desire to create real added value with data • Structured, capable of summarizing complex content clearly, solid understanding of complex data analysis, and the ability to gain clear business insights • Good intuition for numbers, correlations, and economic impact • Ideally experience with analysis and visualization tools • Enjoyment of collaboration and high initiative, reliable and enjoys working with different people • Very good German and good English With us, you have the opportunity to work in one of our offices in Switzerland or from your home office.
