To support our team in St. Gallen, we are looking for the region Rheintal, Sarganserland, Glarnerland and Graubünden, starting immediately or by arrangement, a Technical Facility Manager SG (m/f/d) 100% Region Rheintal, Sarganserland, Glarnerland and Graubünden Do you want to design your working day independently and take on a lot of personal responsibility? As a technical all-rounder, you will look after your own portfolio of properties in the region Rheintal, Sarganserland, Glarnerland and Graubünden. You will recognize additional customer needs, actively develop existing mandates, and implement technical orders independently. In doing so, you will organize your daily work largely independently and report directly to the Regional Manager. Your tasks You process incoming customer reports and technical orders independently and ensure reliable and timely execution You look after your own portfolio of properties independently and ensure the professional operation of the technical facilities You recognize additional customer needs, acquire additional and hourly orders within existing facility management mandates, and thereby actively contribute to their further development For upcoming work, you create calculations and offers and engage in direct exchange with administrations and owners You plan, organize, and realize technical work independently and use materials as well as external services economically You look after, maintain, and service technical systems in the areas of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, and electrical You carry out sprinkler, fire protection, and other technical special inspections professionally or coordinate their execution If necessary, you commission and coordinate external specialist companies and accompany their assignments on site You document and report all completed work carefully and traceably directly to the Regional Manager As part of a regulated model, you undertake on-call duties and ensure reliable technical deployment if necessary Your profile You have completed technical or manual vocational training with a Swiss Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training As a technical all-rounder, you bring manual dexterity, good technical understanding, and enjoyment of administrative tasks A self-reliant, structured, and solution-oriented way of working characterizes you and you are used to taking responsibility for your assignments You think entrepreneurially, work economically, and recognize opportunities to develop existing customer mandates according to needs With your customer-oriented and professional appearance, you communicate confidently with administrations, owners, and external specialist companies Ideally, you bring experience in calculation and offering and possess negotiation skills Handling digital working tools is easy for you and you use common MS Office applications confidently in your daily work Very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as a category B driver's license are required Due to the extensive area of operation, you bring a high willingness to travel and flexibility; a company vehicle will be provided to you You are ready to take on on-call duties Training as a Fire Safety Officer and/or sprinkler technician is an advantage; alternatively, you are willing to complete the corresponding further training Reliability, organizational talent, strong communication skills, and networked thinking round off your profile What awaits you with us A modern infrastructure and high-quality working equipment Contemporary employment conditions Individual training and development opportunities A collegial, motivated team with short decision-making paths Varied and responsible tasks with a lot of personal responsibility Are you motivated and want to become part of our team?
