The goal is to support employees early, personally, and effectively during health challenges. As a Care Manager, you support employees, managers, and HR during the first 90 days of an illness-related absence. In doing so, you care for employees of the fenaco Genossenschaft in the administrative area in Bern as well as the subsidiaries LANDI and Volg Detailhandels AG. You move in a versatile corporate environment. At the same time, you contribute your experiences and ideas to build and help shape sustainable Care Management. This newly created function offers you the unique opportunity to actively help shape the development of professional Care Management in the largest agricultural cooperatives in Switzerland and to contribute sustainably to the health and working capacity of our employees.
