For our Central Services in Wettingen, we are looking for an interested personality as Responsible Construction ERP / Support You work in a team of three and take on a versatile role around specialist applications, ICT support and projects. Your area of responsibility You take responsibility for our construction ERP (BauBit Pro) and the associated specialist applications You are the first point of contact for all IT concerns within the company group (1st-level support) You coordinate disruptions with external IT partners (2nd/3rd level) You ensure clear processes (training, documentation) You ensure smooth ICT operation You work on projects and support the Head of Processes and Systems Your profile Training in the commercial or IT sector In-depth experience in the construction and ERP environment (ideally with BauBit Pro software) Experience in application management Knowledge of processing fault reports You work independently, structured and solution-oriented You are communicative and feel comfortable exchanging with users Our plus points The Hächler-Gruppe is characterized by committed team members and a dynamic way of working.
