Your tasks:

• Branch Management:
• Overall responsibility for the Zurich location, including budget, turnover, and personnel responsibility
• Further development of the branch through strategic measures, active relationship management, and expansion of the customer portfolio
• Ensuring efficient processes, quality standards, and smooth operations in daily business
• Leadership, coaching, and motivation of the consulting team to achieve common goals and promote a positive working atmosphere
• Personnel Consulting:
• Execution of the entire recruiting cycle: from needs analysis through candidate search to successful job placement
• Building and maintaining sustainable relationships with customers as well as proactive consulting regarding modern recruitment strategies
• Active direct approach, use of digital tools and networks to identify top candidates
• Market observation to identify trends early, react to changes, and provide competent advice to customers

Your profile:

• Several years of experience in personnel consulting or personnel placement with demonstrable successes
• Initial leadership experience, ideally as a team leader or branch manager in a service environment
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, confident appearance, as well as a high standard of professionalism and quality
• Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and the ability to inspire, develop, and lead a team to peak performance together
• German at native level, other language skills an advantage
