To complement an existing team in Zentrum Regensdorf, we are looking for a technically competent and committed personality starting in October or by arrangement as Commercial Manager / Senior Property Manager (m/f/d) ### Zentrum Regensdorf, 80-100% What you will do: • As part of your tasks, you will manage an exciting real estate portfolio of areas, shopping centers and mixed-use properties. In doing so, you will work together with the Real Estate Site Manager, the Marketing Manager, the Clerk as well as the Technical Manager. • You are responsible for the creation of all lease agreements (commercial, gastronomy, office, parking etc.) • You support the Real Estate Site Manager in negotiations with tenants as well as contract partners and sometimes negotiate independently • You prepare the annual service charge statement and identify optimization potential • You prepare reports and budgets including their plausibility expertly • The charging and onward invoicing of services rendered also falls within your area of responsibility • In addition, you take over the preparation, budgeting, implementation and monitoring of the owners' finances including the associated correspondence Why you will succeed: • You have a commercial basic training with further training in the real estate sector (Property Manager with federal diploma or certified Real Estate Manager) • If you have already been able to gain practical experience in the field of commercial / shopping center / real estate management, this is an advantage • You have a strong flair for numbers, possess accounting specialist knowledge and can demonstrate sound IT skills (MS Office, REM is an advantage) • You score with your service-oriented, flexible and resilient nature • Communication and negotiation skills characterize you and you are furthermore a true team player Here are some of our benefits: ### • Working hours: We live mobile working with individual (annual) working hours and/or part-time work.
