In total, 22 beds are available to Hirslanden Klinik. The focal points of our interdisciplinary intensive care department include, among other things, the fields of heart • visceral and neurosurgery. We offer our patients a high-level care service in new, modernly equipped rooms. <br /> YOUR TASKS • Organizational and technical support of the nursing team of the intensive care unit, as well as active participation in care in shift operation • Independent coordination of the 22 beds of the intensive care unit and the beds of the monitoring station in cooperation with the intensive care physician*in in the early and late shift • Review and monitoring of the specified quality standards and characteristics of the clinic, in cooperation with the management team • Instruction, support and advice of the employees of the intensive care unit in nursing, technical, administrative and organizational matters • Responsible and empathetic leadership of a team of around 20 employees • Conducting employee interviews and qualifications as well as recognizing the resources of the employees and their targeted promotion and motivation • Holding team meetings, regular exchange with the management team and the professional developers as well as taking on additional responsibilities such as sub-projects in various fields of work (further training, devices, etc.) <br /> YOUR PROFILE • You are trained as a Dipl.
