• You have completed training as a Construction Manager - You have a high sense of responsibility - You have several years of professional experience - You work independently and goal-oriented - Experience with tendering (Messerli is an advantage)

Field of activity

• Planning, realizing, and managing new buildings, conversion projects, and renovations - Checking the advantages and disadvantages of various construction methods - Obtaining the required permits - You are the contact person and thus assume a hub function for architects, specialist planners, clients, authorities, and craftsmen - Creation of work contracts and carrying out the accounting - etc.
