Project Manager Building Physics

The Position

• In your role, you advise architects, authorities, as well as private and commercial clients on new construction, renovation, and refurbishment with a focus on building physics, acoustics, and sustainability
• You collect building physics parameters on the construction site, evaluate series of measurements and simulations in the office, and derive sound insulation, room acoustics, energy, and ecology concepts from them
• As a contact person for certifications, you accompany projects through labels such as Minergie, create proofs (e.g., GEAK), and check materials regarding health and environmental compatibility
• Depending on the project, you develop renovation solutions, prepare proofs, or accompany subsidy applications
• With your know-how, you participate in acquisition talks, expand relationships, and lead projects to success in an interdisciplinary team

Your Profile

• Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, building services engineering, or an equivalent qualification
• Experience in building physics and motivation to lead projects independently or to grow into project management
• Enjoyment of analytical work as well as cooperation with various specialist departments
• Knowledge of Swiss standards (e.g., Minergie, GEAK) is an advantage, however, you can specifically build up missing knowledge on the job
• Very good German in speaking and writing; French skills and team spirit round off your profile
