Landscheide offers people with mental, physical, or psychological disabilities a living space and workplace that corresponds to their individual needs and abilities, in and at which they can unfold and develop. We are looking for an experienced specialist as of 1 December 2026 or by arrangement as

Your new area of responsibility includes: ###

• Accompanying and guiding assisted employees in the housekeeping service
• Close cooperation and substitution within the Services area (housekeeping, laundry, and kitchen)
• Direct contact person for the concerns of our residential and work groups in the building technology area
• Execution of small repair, assembly, and maintenance work
• If inclined, responsible for all technical facilities of Landscheide, such as telephony, IT environment, fire protection system, emergency call system, heating, etc.
• Responsible for the professional maintenance of machines and vehicles
• Care and maintenance of the outdoor area
• If inclined, participation in the planning and organization of structural measures as well as clarification of the need for renovations in our properties, contact with various craftsmen, and checking of offers
• Assumption of administrative tasks

We value you as our new female or male colleague if you demonstrate an open, service-oriented attitude and possess manual dexterity and technical understanding. Additionally, thanks to your expertise and human nature, you provide our service users with respectful, mindful accompaniment and promotion in everyday life (agogic training is an advantage). Your basic manual training, good IT skills, your independence, as well as flexibility for special assignments (e.g., on-call snow removal services, internal events, etc.) round off your profile.
