IT System Engineer - Microsoft 365 & Active Directory

About the role ##

As a pivot between the infrastructure team and level 1 support, you contribute to the management and evolution of the Microsoft 365 digital environment, including Active Directory and Endpoint management. You will intervene on issues within a collaborative team of six experts and will work in close collaboration with the Microsoft 365 expert.

Tasks ##

• Administer the Microsoft 365 environment and on-premises Active Directory
• Manage and optimize End Points for all employees
• Provide technical support for fault resolution
• Install, configure and maintain operating systems and management tools
• Automate systems to increase operational efficiency
• Guarantee security, backups and data redundancy

We are looking for ##

• Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment
• Knowledge of Active Directory
• Experience in Endpoint management
• Ability to conduct investigations in logs and troubleshooting
• Professional level in English (B2)
• Current residence in Switzerland

An asset if you possess

• Skills in scripting and automation
• Experience in a highly regulated environment
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) approaches
