FORMWORKER - STRUCTURAL WORKS (M/F)

Job description: On behalf of one of our clients, a recognized player in construction in the canton of Genève, we are looking for several experienced formworkers to work on structural works sites, notably in the construction of residential, industrial, and administrative buildings.

Your missions

• Carry out reinforced concrete wall formwork using metal formwork panels (banches).
• Set up, adjust, and stabilize the formwork panels in accordance with the plans and site instructions.
• Participate in the assembly and disassembly of formwork.
• Control the plumb, alignment, and levels of the structures.
• Participate in reinforcement and the preparation of rebar before concreting.
• Ensure the pouring of concrete, its distribution, and the monitoring of formwork filling.
• Perform stripping (striking) and necessary finishing work.
• Strictly respect safety rules and work in coordination with masonry and formwork teams.

Job requirement:

Your profile

• You have proven experience as a formworker on structural works sites.
• You master metal formwork techniques and reinforced concrete.
• You know how to read plans and work with precision.
• You are comfortable working in a team and on large-scale sites.
• You are autonomous, rigorous, and attentive to safety.
• Ideally, you have initial experience on construction sites for apartment buildings or industrial buildings. You are a qualified formworker and wish to enhance your expertise on structural works sites in Genève? We look forward to your application!
