For our customer, we are looking for an operations employee as a career changer without mandatory experience in logistics. As an operations employee in logistics, you are responsible for smooth operational processes and efficient warehousing. You should also be able to communicate with internal and external partners to ensure an effective flow of information. Furthermore, physical fitness and a flair for safe working are a must. The employer has mentioned the following additional tasks: We are looking for motivated warehouse employees for the Migros Verteilbetrieb in Pratteln. Duration: expected until the end of September, whereby the assignment may also end earlier depending on demand. It may be possible to work more hours depending on the order situation. No holidays planned during the period. Tasks: The online orders received from customers on the previous day must be picked in a timely manner, coordinated with the route planning of the trucks. The quality and completeness of the picking process is decisive for customer satisfaction and is at the center of our actions. Picking • Picking of customer orders using a mobile data entry device with a finger scanner • Inventory work and cleaning work according to instructions Requirements: • German language skills at least B2 • Own vehicle required for the early shift • Readiness to work in the refrigerated area • Good physical fitness (lifting up to 30 Kg and walking up to 15 Km per day) No special previous knowledge is necessary for this work.
