Find out more about UZH as an employer! ### Tasks You will take care of all aspects of the doctoral program. Important sub-areas are: • Organization and accompaniment of the recruitment of new doctoral students via Track I and Track II • Organization of doctoral courses • Control of the financial aspects of the program • Improvement and continuous development of the program in cooperation with the BioMed Commission • Control of administrative processes and adherence to deadlines for doctoral students • Maintenance of the BioMed website (CMS Magnolia) • Assistance in organizing retreats and events Profile You are broadly interested, service- and solution-oriented, communicative, independent, and have a flair for approaching people and working with them. You are familiar with common computer programs and have very good German and English skills. The language of communication will be at least 50% English (written and spoken). You work very organized and structured and keep an overview even in hectic times. A university degree is desirable but not mandatory. Knowledge of administrative processes at the Universität Zürich and training at the doctoral level at the Mathematisch-naturwissenschaftlichen Fakultät, as well as SAP and CMS Magnolia, are an advantage.
