You will be in charge of preparing and making dishes according to recipes and quality standards (gastro cuisine) • Develop savory menus that combine tradition and modernity (various VIP lounges). • Ensure the preparation and presentation of dishes with care and attention to detail. • Optimize kitchen processes while respecting food safety standards. • Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure a smooth and impeccable service. • Participate in the continuous improvement of recipes and cooking techniques. • Team spirit, organization, and flexibility will be major assets for this position. • Continuous schedule in a collective setting from Monday to Friday ------- Sought-after profile: • The ideal profile is a person with strong culinary creativity, able to offer memorable gastronomic experiences.
