You will specifically support our service team on high-traffic days – especially on weekends, public holidays, and during seasonal peak days. Your assignments take place as needed and by mutual agreement. This makes the position ideal for you if you are flexible and want to lend a hand occasionally where things are particularly busy. Der Stoos ob Schwyz is a family-friendly local recreation and holiday paradise in the heart of Central Switzerland. The Stoos mountain world is accessible via the steepest funicular railway in the world and attracts around 600‘000 guests annually to the idyllic mountain village at 1‘300 m above sea level. The tourism and transport operation operates ten railways and facilities with around 200 employees. The gastronomy sector includes five restaurants, two shops, and a multipurpose hall. We are a family of four from the Berner Oberland and run the Pistenbully Beiz Brunnerboden with much passion, enthusiasm, and joy in hosting, located directly at the valley station of the Klingenstock chairlift. Our cozy, uncomplicated Beiz is a popular meeting point for skiers, pedestrians, families, and piste bully drivers. Since we operate depending on the weather, we are looking for a flexible, friendly, and guest-oriented personality who takes responsibility, keeps an overview even in hectic moments, and becomes part of our small team with joy. Winter season Service Assistant YOUR TASKS You serve and look after our guests attentively and warmly. You prepare the drinks at the buffet, serve food, and help out where assistance is urgently needed. You maintain our hygiene, quality, and service standards. YOUR PROFILE You already have experience in service or a comparable position. You enjoy interacting with people and have good German skills. You are flexible and happy to step in spontaneously.
