Your tasks Responsible for the recruitment and entry process, incl. contract management Optimization of the onboarding process Collaboration in personnel and payroll administration Collaboration in the processing of the time tracking system Support and advice for line managers and employees on personnel-related issues Where possible and suitable, other activities along the complete HR Life Cycle can also be taken over Your profile Commercial training with further education in the field of HR (HR-Fachausweis) Sound knowledge and professional experience in HR, specifically in the recruitment and onboarding process Convincing, empathetic, and friendly appearance High initiative and a proactive mindset as well as a solution-, goal-oriented, and independent way of working with a focus on quality and efficiency Confident handling of MS Office, experience with SwissSalary and Timerocket is an advantage Very good German and French knowledge, Italian knowledge is an advantage What we offer We offer you a dynamic environment and the chance to take on a responsible task in a successful company.
